Angler Fencing & Construction

A builder at heart

I like building fences and installing sprinklers, but started as a remodeling contractor specializing in remodeling bathrooms, kitchens & basements.  Now I do both yard stuff and interior remodels.  I even work at the indivual tasks such as framing, sheetrock hang and tape, windows, siding, concrete, even general handyman.  Porches & Pole barns are an ever larger part of my menu.

The reason for the change to fencing and sprinklers was the basic fact that I like working outside.  I started my construction life as a remodeler, but customers asked me to build fences and install sprinklers which I enjoyed a lot.   I took my business that outside for most the year leaving indoor remodels and other construction for winter.  I still do remodels in the summer.

Over the years I have built connections with very good electricians, plumbers, roofers and other trades, but being a very small business do most the other work myself so you won't have 20 different tradesmen walking through your home.
Here is a list of some of the tasks I do in Spokane:  Design and plan jobs, layout and frame, schedule direct other tradesmen when needed, hang sheetrock, drywall or wall board, lay hardwood or vinyl flooring, set cabinets, make countertops, install hardware, finish carpentry such as trim and molding, decks and patios, railings, concrete walls, stairs and flatwork, tile work, window replacements or new windows, door replacement or new doors.

Jack of all trades - expert at many, but know when to sub others out.  It would be tough to chose, but fencing and sprinklers is my prefered building, however a take pride in a good deck or barn and always like to see interior space made pretty and more functional.  So being a builder at heart I like all the projects.
